Good call, IMO.

The legalities of the selling the themes/plugins is one thing but the 
WPMUDev ban is pretty clear cut from my pov. The 'net ain't a democracy 
(despite suggestions to the contrary) and site owners quite rightfully, 
have god-like powers when deciding who should, or should not, use their 
resources. If WPMUDev feel that he's over-stepped one of their lines, 
then he's not got a leg to stand on.

Either way, it's not a wordpress.org issue, so it's no good bitching 
about it on the forums. They're for support - not for using as a 
personal soapbox. I seem to recall that there was already something you 
could use for that...
