[wp-forums] Customising Twenty Eleven

As I understand it, we've now moved over to partial file replacements in 
3.2, yes? If so, what should be the "official" line on customising 
Twenty Eleven?

Should we still warn users against this and push child themes? My gut 
instinct is continue doing so as, otherwise, in the event of a theme 
editing error, they'll have nothing to fall back to.

Thoughts?
