[wp-forums] Can we put a link to the FAQ on the front page of the forums?

Under Getting Started Resources, maybe the first link should be to the Forum Welcome?

Can't make people read, I know, but having it on the front page may help people who are less... forum savvy. I mean, I know to ready the stickies ;) But people who don't know how to find their .htaccess may not.
