[wp-forums] Can't rate themes

Hello all,

I have just tried to log in at http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/,
got in then I went to a theme and I can rate a theme now. Now this is
on a different network to what I was on yesterday. When I get to the
other network later on today (it only 10:27AM here) I will check again
there as well.
