Can someone(Otto?) take a look at the code responsible for handling code 
posted in threads, i've just deleted a post purposely posting malformed 
HTML to hide a URL, and this is because code posted without backticks is 
being parsed(HTML not in proper code blocks is rendered in the page - 
this didn't happen before all the big upgrades a while back).

Been meaning to ask about this before but kept putting it off to focus 
on other things and i'm surpised noone else has brought it up yet(or 
maybe they did and i missed/forgot the discussion?).
