Simpler than that even, visit your page, there should be a "move"
command in the menu, type in the new location like CSS/somesection and
it should move it and any associated talk page for you.
Or contact myself or michaelH and one of us can move it if you want.
You're not obliged to post to wp_docs, but if you do some folk like to
go in and sanity check pages, clean stuff up, etc..
