[wp-forums] Profanity in Usernames

Thanks.  I think that will help immensely.  Hopefully people won't  
continue posting without reading them :)  We could try red flashing  
lights to draw attention to it, but I'm not sure how that would  
benefit the atmosphere of the forum lol.
