[wp-forums] Did the buttons from the reply box disappear for anyone else?

Just noticed this today, and i'm either getting old and senile or 
something has changed..

We use to have B, Code, I, Blockquote... etc buttons above the reply 
box, but these seem to be missing today, is it just me now not seeing 
these buttons, or were they never there?.. (or did something in fact 
change).
