[wp-forums] Thread Hijacking

I've been doing that in a few cases, especially in one epic "Images not 
appearing" thread in the multisite section. :)

- I state why their situation is different.
- I explain it will be easier to help & keep track of if they post a new 
topic
- I keep it friendly and say thanks. :)
