[wp-forums] Thread Hijacking

I have noticed a lot of thread hijacking lately from users who see you
actively helping someone then they add their slightly similar question to
the thread.  I don't want to turn anyone off from the forums so sometimes I
answer but lately I have seen so many that I have been politely asking them
to post a new topic.
