[wp-forums] topic count off for sub forum

Michael i've been looking at the thread/post numbers.

It appears several (maybe all?) forums listed on the main support page 
report incorrect counts. Post counts are off in the tens of thousands 
for some forums (front side).

Plus side, the bbPress admin does seem to report the correct counts for 
posts total, topic totals seems to be off in the admin, but more 
accurate on the forum listing where they are off by 3, 10 and varying 
smaller values (i didn't check all of them, thus far the Plugins and 
Hacks, Hacks and Installation forums - i'd guess the others have the 
same problem).

NOTE: The hacks forum reports the correct posts total front and admin 
side, older forums only appear correct on admin side (post count only).

Simply put, the numbers are inconsistent between admin and front side 
(with exception to the Hacks forum posts count).

Comparison was done comparing numbers between ..

wordpress.org/support

and

wordpress.org/support/bb-admin/posts.php?forum_id=XX&post_status=0

I also counted the total threads by counting the number of threads per 
page, ie. wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting, 
multiplying that by the total pages, then adding the stickies (which 
appear additionally to the 30 per page).

Wouldn't blame you if you didn't follow the above, probably easier if 
you just check the numbers yourself, you should be able to see they're 
off pretty easily.
