[wp-forums] closed thread?

Maybe all moderators or admins be asked to reply when closing topics, so 
we at least have some way to see who makes that decision.

Something simple, but you'd post as a reply (so we see you closed the 
thread).

Would lessen the issue of not knowing who closed a thread.
