[wp-forums] 2.9 and 0-day exploits

As Otto said, there have been no reported 0-day exploits in 2.9 or
2.9.1. Nothing fixed in 2.9.1 had to do with security, only some
peculiar bugs and regressions.

(Side note: the 2.8.4 issue could not grant access to a system, only
generate annoying emails to registered users. A bug worth fixing
quickly, but that's about it.)
