This must not be the right list for this, but I don't see a plugin email list in the docs.

Basically, I stumbled on this plugin that requires a paid license key: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/moneypress-cafepress-edition/  which is one of three by the same author  http://profiles.wordpress.org/users/cybersprocket/  They are GNU General Public License, but require $ to function fully.

Are such plugins allowed in the WP directory?
