Ok it's all changed now.  I've added a new topic in every sub-forum, 
which is essentially the same, but introduces to each forum 
specifically.  Each topic links to the Codex entry.

If anyone wants to modify the text, feel free.

I've also unstuck the older forum rules topics, and a few other stickies 
that are now essentially redundant as the Codex entry covers them. 
Again, should anyone want to revert to the old ways, I guess you could 
dig those topics out and restick them, instead. ;)

The modlook fixed entry now points to the how-to forum welcome thread.

Remember to modify the Codex entry if required, should anything change 
or become relevant. I'll keep a watch on it for any Codex vandalism, 
too.
