Just re-structured the page and added some new bits (posting site links, 
adult content etc). I've made the assumption that anyone who is posting 
to the forum will be stressed in some way and, therefore, even less 
likely to read any page we try to put together properly. So I've tried 
to make the page as "scannable" as possible.

I've also tried to put the sub-sections in "posting order", so the 
helping out stuff is now near the bottom.
