Fact of life is that not all people will ever notice [all] sticky threads.
However, if they exist, we can certainly reply to their new topics with a
link to the sticky. Not a big deal and makes for a quick response.

However, after writing that, it suddenly seems like it would make more sense
to take the contents of that sticky post and add them to the FAQ in the
codex -- then anyone could help keep it up today, unlike the sticky where
only admins can.
