Back in December of 2008, I had a chance to get Michael E. Hancock to 
share some tips regarding how to get the most of the WordPress.org 
forum. There are some other tips shared by me and Otto. Feel free to use 
those tips provided as part of the new guidelines or rules if they fit 
the criteria.
