[wp-forums] Accounts registering just to post personal, links

I am in favor of having that section removed as well. In the beginning, 
it served its purpose well. Now we have a moderated showcase area 
(Douglas Hanna) which does a much better job. I don't know of a 
legitimate reason why that section of the forum should remain open to 
new threads.

I think it would be best to appointment someone within this conversation 
to summarize the initial concern, the resolution to the concern and send 
it to Matts email address directly. Other than that, I'm not sure who it 
would be directed to.
