I'm not sure what the rules would be. Even with rules, I would be more 
of a gut instinct type of guy - looking at temperament, helpfulness, 
desire to help - maybe knowledge last. I'm not sure asking to be a mod 
would endear me to the person, either.

I think we have a good balance of mods - adding Mel and Mark has 
certainly helped with time differences and all seem to be of good 
temperament and have a real desire to help. I'll think more on this, but 
I don't think we need rules or outlines on how to be a mod. My .02.
