[wp-forums] change to lists of posts in profile

Hi

I may be missing something obvious but with the changes to the way one's
forum posts are reported under "Profile", I no longer see a way to know when
someone has left a new response to one of my replies.  Checking every single
reply I have made to see if anyone has requested further assistance is not
realistic.

Could someone please explain the best way with this new software, to know
when someone has responded?  Perhaps I am overlooking something obvious.
