[wp-forums] Closing forum threads

Hello there.

I have been using the forum this days, trying to help some people, and  
I have seen there is a lot (6598 pages!) of non-resolved-tickets (http://wordpress.org/support/view/support-forum-no 
)

There is a lot of forum topics out of date or deprecated that are  
still open, and lots of people that don't close the threads once their  
problem is solved.

Is there any way to mark as closed all this things? I think a healty  
support forum is desiderable.

I offer myself to do the hard job, step by step, obviously :)
