[wp-forums] Is there a bug in WordPress.com categories?

I've been able to recreate the problems they are having. Deleted categories
are not "deleting" and reassigning them from child to parent categories
isn't working - but it's inconsistent. I haven't had time to give it a
thorough going over, but wanted to bring it to your attention to see if
others are having the same problem and we can give these folks an answer.
