[wp-forums] problem with lost capabilities

Sorry guys if this is the wrong place to ask for help, but nobody seems to
be able to help me out on this thread:

basically my administrator Role lost all or most of its capabilities.
I need to figure out how to add back all capabilities. I.e. what
capability is needed to be able to update wordpress.

If this is the wrong place to ask, please direct me to the right place.
