[wp-forums] Show threads as closed/resolved, put All Topics and No Replies at top

To the forum code wranglers!

When displaying topics under User Profile, User Activity, can threads that 
are closed and resolved be displayed as such?

Is it possible to put the All Topics and No Replies links at the top of the 
screen so don't have to return to http://wordpress.org/support/ then scroll 
down to get those links.  Next to the View Your Profile links would be just 
great.
