Apologies. I lied about the plugins bit below. Upon testing, I see it adds
the plugin name to title and the link to the message after being submitted.

Could we get something like that going for the extend themes bit then too?
(oh, and a default area of Themes would be groovy as well. Right now they go
to Plugins).
