[wp-forums] wpmu forum spammer

Can we PLEASE get 74.52.41.178 blocked from the forums please?  It's a
Russian spammer spamming the forums via an ev1servers/theplanet blx
and I'm getting very tired of having to clean up the crap nearly ever
day.  Getting tired of complaining about it as well.
