[wp-forums] spammer in the forums

would one of the wp.org mods kindly block a user please as they're
spamming the *cough* out of the WPMu forums and Donncha I believe is a
bit tied up lately.  i do not have the power to block. :(

The ids translate between sites but the format of the profile is different.
