[wp-forums] A Plugins Directory Heads Up

Plugins in the directory no longer have threads of their own.  It was  
too hard to keep track of potentially many conversations/issues in a  
flat thread.

Comments are now being redirected to the normal wordpress.org forums  
under the appropriate tag.

Thought you all might like to know that before everyone else did :)
