[wp-forums] question about these 2.1 questions

That particular post begs the question:  Does an upgrade work going
from 1.5straight to
2.1, or is an interim step via 2.0.x needed?

I thought I saw the latter posted on the forums the other day, but can't
find it nor recall who said it.
