[wp-forums] 2.1 RC1

It's best no body speaks for me at this point.  I tried to create dialog
about upcoming releases, and how the forums could facilitate that /
differentiate between 2.0/2.1 beta posts.  Deaf ears.  Don't humor me now
for PR.
