[wp-forums] Fun with spam triggers

This line:
\"value\" title=\"http://$2.$3$4\"$new_win_txt>'

always could be read by a machine the same as this spam :
"This is a great _VALUE_ you pay only _$2_ and you _WIN_ the great Nigerian
lottery"

Add to the mix the 'non-valid' characters [$] after http...
