[wp-forums] issue with ie7 and the forums

Greets:

I'm having the same issue as this user is:

When I pass my mouse over the page links at the bottom of the page
when I'm looking at a subforum, the links jump and disappear.

Using IE7.  Changing browser is not currently possible as it's State
mandated for the school library I'm currently sitting in.
