[wp-forums] Update 9/22

Hoping staff see's this.

Any chance we could get this over at wp.com with a notice link to the
search function?  99% of the time, it's folks trying to do a search
and they wind up posting by mistake.  I kind of feel bad having to
delete those but we get 3-4 a day.  Even with the search bar on top of
the page.
