Podz, I admire your patience. Sometimes we "Think. Then type.", 
sometimes it's the other way around.
That's human. I see your point. but I also realize the frustration of 
others.

For very long times things are malfunctioning in the forum machinery and 
nothing seems to happen.
Then we get this voting on change, and the mailboxes start to overflow 
with +1:s and -1:s, and you
argue that you don't think change is of essence.

You might be right of course.
