[wp-forums] Pasting Code

It's not just appearance that's an issue.  The functionality for new users
is also a problem.  A lot of users do not understand how to post
<code>`<some php code>`</code>, and even then, sometimes the code gets
garbled.  I agree that it might not be a best case solution,  but in the
name of initiative, I've created the subdomain, if it's not adopted, or shot
down in a general consensus, so be it.  But wordpress.pastebin.ca now
exists.

As I mentioned in another thread, it was discussed once before about
wp.orghaving it's own, but that never materialized.  At some point,
initiative and
action has to be taken, IMO, otherwise it all becomes talk and best
intentions.
