[wp-forums] bumping threads with an attitude..

This is NOT about what moshu said, but.. this bumping bullshit needs to be addressed a little more firmly.. or.. something...

I *know* some bumps are because the people's "no-replies" were sometimes, NOT handled for a length of time, because the "no-replies" section pagination was broke.. but.. people that just BUMP up threads.. within the same day, hour and so forth... just don't care.. 

Any thoughts...?

/Gotta keep in mind here, things work backwards around.. so.. if you make a sensible comment.. we'll have to take the opposite approach! Just like cleaning the floor.... we mop first... then sweep it..
