Sounds good to me Podz. =) ;)  I think even "we" as general support peoples, are totally overlooking and missing the "RULES" themselves.. 

We technically are supposed to be following them, and handling replies and threads as per the forum rules, and really haven't been actually sigh.. Me thinks it's time to get it in gear now.. =) ;)

Also true, however their article there, isn't too far from WP's layout of things though.. ;) =)  But, me understands what you're meaning though..
