Tone is one thing that everyone can work on.

The rest of that though?  Maybe if folks took the approach that this is a
support forum, and not a social club, a lot of the drama would go away.

I dunno about you guys, but I don't volunteer support here to make friends
and have a place to hangout.  I just want to help folks.
