[wp-forums] moving a blog to another server

I have a problem I move my blog from one server to another server
everything is working except the links to a post. For example if I
click in category link it will show this error in the apache logs:

[Tue May 23 13:51:58 2006] [error] [client 69.156.173.124] File does not exist:
/home/webserver/htdocs/category

I have the same .htaccess file also if I try to edit the post from the
wp-admin page it will show the content of the post.

My question to you guys is what it can be wrong? or how can I fix this?
