Good start.... one thing I notice that's missing... who's responsible 
for creating the database?
It's neither in the What We Won't Do nor in the What We Will Do sections.

Regarding the "People Involved" page.... I'm not sure about naming 
names, and email addresses are right out. This is to protect our 
integrity and privacy. 1) People will think they can email us directly. 
2) Some enterprising spammer could spoof email from anyone listed, 
making for some bad juju.

Instead how about a para about how we are just a bunch of community 
volunteers who have been recognized by their peers as being honest, 
trustworthy and that this is our way of giving back to the community.

The Process page needs to outline step-by-step exactly how the process 
will work.  It should also appear before the Contact page, and possibly 
"sign" or check off something that yes, they "Read" it and understand 
how it works. You know, the usual EULA type of sign here we all blindly 
click when we install something.
