[wp-forums] Draft - Upgrading to 2.0.x

S'all good - I think rather than titling it "upgrading to...." though, it would 
be better maybe as 2.0.x Quick Hints or something - otherwise people may think 
it's "how to" upgrade, rather than "you might want to know this stuff now that 
you've upgraded"....
