I have been wondering about this - and I just realised.
'semiologic' is a tag, and it's one I have been wondering about for a
while - why is it a tag ?

Answer - I think - is that users of anything Semiologic are asked to
post any problems to the forum where the tag feed for 'semiologic' is
being pulled by Denis. Result is that semiologic users _may_ get more
help (given that on Denis' site he states that extra help is 'for hire')
but that semiologic gets a much higher profile. Much higher.

Tagsploitation ?

I certainly see this as an abuse of tags, but then I jump to views very
quickly. It would be odd if I posted on my help pages that any problems
should be tagged 'tamba2' or 'Podz'
The argument that "it helps users get help" can be easily countered with
"install a forum".
