I think so.
I can destroy tags easily enough, and arguably removing 'wordpress' 
'help' and maybe another couple would help the more pertinent rise to 
the top.

But then we have the argument that people should use what they want and 
we should not interfere - tag 'a' anyone ? - whereas I think we should 
be more aggressive and tune the system to what we need. Having said that 
I must have changed, deleted and applied well over 100 tags now and I'll 
be damned if I can see a change anywhere :)
