[wp-forums] Need a user banned please

I understand that the poster and Dr Mike had issues on the wp.com support
forums, but his initial post at the wp.org forums was fine.  Rather than
wait to see what happens, Dr Mike brought up the wp.com issues, calling out
the poster about his manners.  IMO, that only is gas to a flame.

I understand there's some overlap between wp.com and wp.org, but as far as
I'm concerned, I don't have the time or energy to overlap the forums.  I'm
simply a volunteer at wp.org support forums, and agreed to accept a certain
level of responsibility regarding some housekeeping issues there.  For the
most part, we do a good job of not having the kind of threads that this one
turned into.  And I'd like to see it stay that way.

I'm still tempted to delete all but the first two posts, but I'm interested
in hearing some feedback from some other mods/volunteers.
