[wp-forums] Pending problem person

Greets:

Just a quick heads up that we just had a problem user leave some
rather tasteless remarks in the WP.com forums that we're quicky
removed. He did this after being told that he was in the wrong forum
and directed to wp.org since he's hosted elsewhere.  He was politely
told he was in teh wrong forum but didn't take the hint.
