Was mostly hoping to get the opinion of other moderators and folks who 
spend more time on the forum than I do, which has worked on and off 
list. I've also been reading through her archives of posts.

Everyone has bad days, but for those with the moderator badge under you 
name, please just take a break those days because snippiness from the 
officially recognized folks on the forums is perceived to be a much 
bigger deal.

Ultimately you guys are the face of the project, the people 99% of users 
will interact with.
