[wp-forums] Forum Evolution

I'm going to sound like a broken record myself but fix the search bar.
(And the one over at WPMU as well) If I'm looking at the support
forums on either site and I want to do a search of those forums, than
give me a way to search those forums. Currently, when one does a
search using the forum on those pages, it leads them elsewhere. And,
on the Mu site, it leads you to the WP.org site even.

The current search bar is buried. You have to sign in, go into a
category, down to the bottom of the page, and find the link within the
new post form.

It's not very easy to find for a novice. Heck, I had a hard time
finding it the first time. When I see a search bar the way it
currently is, I would use that first for my searches.

When I wrote the first mini FAQ over at WP.com, it was one of the
first questions and answers I put in there. No offense to Matt and
staff but it was the same way over there for quite some time and the
issue came up on occasion.

Thanks,
-drmike
