The difference between upgrading and installing fresh to get someone up 
to  speed on using  WP. Also, as Podz pointed out, there would be a 
limit on what we will do, and it will be agreed upon BEFORE any work is 
done. After that, then they are to use the forums. Give them a limited 
list of themes and plugins, they get to pick two to start with and 
that's that.

If they aren't getting any juice from the forums, who are we to judge 
what people do with their blogs? If this is going to work, we cant' be 
judgmental about what people are doing with their blogs. It's their 
blog, let them do with it what they please, as long as no laws are being 
broken. Besides, does it really matter?
