Excellent!
Just a thought: Maybe we should not call the sticky "Forum Moderation", 
but "Using This Forum", or something to that effect.
Rational: Users of the forum, and especially new ones, may not realize 
it's written for them.

Case 1: The visitor is not used to fora and doesn't know what moderation 
is ( I know, but it could happen )
Case 2: The visitor is well aware of the meaning of moderation, and 
thinks this reddish thin is a message to moderators.
